The School of Veterinary Medicine and the University of California, Davis (SVM) provides an exceptionally rich environment for multidisciplinary investigations. The SVM is the largest veterinary school in the nation, conducting an integrated, statewide mission of teaching, research, and service benefiting animal, human, and environmental health. A strong multidisciplinary research infrastructure ensures that the sciences will continue to expand in the years ahead. The Bioanalytical Research Core (BARC) is an analytical core that provides method development and validation for therapeutic and investigational compounds, determination of concentrations of compounds in biological matrices and pharmacokinetic analysis services. Staff within the BARC have extensive analytical and pharmacokinetic modeling experience.
